About Us
We are a Bay Area technical recruiting firm that specializes in full time direct placement and professional consultants. We provide personnel who are experts in various technical fields, such as software engineering, operations and project management.
Sylvia has more than 15 years experience developing enterprise, defense, and consumer applications with a focus on security, mobile apps, and IoT.
Her career has evolved from working as a hands-on software developer at IBM, Xerox, and Novell to assuming increasingly responsible positions as either Director or Vice President of Software Engineering at ActivIdentity (acquired by HID Global), RedCannon Security, and AOptix Technologies.
She brings her valuable hands-on technical know-how, management experience, and two recent years of recruiting experience to work successfully with hiring managers, helping companies locate appropriate, qualified candidates.
She is passionate about helping people find new career opportunities and serving her clients. Sylvia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics from CSU East Bay.
